While at DDG Partners, Daniel Katebini served as the design lead and project manager a new mixed-use rental in the Mission District of San Francisco.

The facade of the building is informed by the site’s history as a motorcycle parts dealership as well Victorian bay window design. Traditional bay window geometry is simplified into a modern aesthetic while the details and color palette of the wood-clad facade are derived from classic motorcycle aesthetics.
